New England Sports Village
Discover the New England Sports Village, a premier mix-use real estate development, located in Attleboro, MA, seeking EB-5 financing for it’s sports, residential, commercial, and industrial opportunities.

Project Overview
The New England Sports Village (“NESV”) is located in Attleboro, Massachusetts, roughly 15 minutes from Gillette Stadium, and in-between Boston and Providence. Located right off I-95, exit 4, the approved EB-5 project sits on 140 acres of raw land. This is a mixed-use real estate development focused on sports, residential, and retail. NESV’s first phase in the development is its state of the art sports complex.
EB-5 investors should expect the following projects developed in phase one; ice hockey rink, Olympic swimming pool, 100 key hotel, pickleball courts, indoor track and field, and an entertainment center. The rink will be 2 full sheets, quarter sheet, and goalie pad worth of ice. In addition, this state of the art Ice Hockey Rink will consist of a pro shop, gym, arcade, full service restaurant, coffee shop, and physical therapist. This building will sit on roughly 12.4 acres of land, allowing for an additional full sheet of ice to be developed if the demand is needed.
NESV’s hotel is expected to service tourism, travelers off I-95, and sporting events at its own sports complex.
