Our mission is to support economic growth, job creation, and responsible development across the region by connecting qualified EB‑5 investment capital with high‑impact local projects.

EB-5 Project Eligibilty in Rhode Island

We work with developers, municipalities, and business owners across Rhode Island, including: Providence0, Warwick, Cranston, Pawtucket, Newport, Woonsocket, Central Falls, East Providence.

Elibile project categories may include: Mixed‑use development, Hospitality and tourism, Manufacturing and industrial facilities, Infrastructure and transportation, Healthcare and senior living, Technology and innovation centers.

If your project is located in a Target Employement Area (“TEA”), it may qualify for the reduced EB-5 investment threshold.
